The ‘scarcity seeds’ that silently shape your business
Ladies, what if I told you that most of us are building our businesses on beliefs that are not even ours? And what if, when we follow our own beliefs, abundance is right in front of us?
Scarlett Stanhope, better known as The Biz Hippie, calls them the three scarcity seeds. They are inherited stories about money, worthiness, and success that we don’t usually question.
“We’re not born with scarcity. We’re taught it.”
The three scarcity seeds that keep us stuck
Scarlett explains that these are the quiet beliefs running your business:
-
I can’t make money doing what I love.
-
There’s not enough to go around.
-
I can’t ask for more.
These beliefs can feel real and responsible until you realize they are keeping you from charging your worth, saying no, or allowing yourself to rest.
Once you see them for what they are, inherited, not your truth, you can believe something new: enoughness.
Money as a mirror, not a measure
Scarlett says that money is not the goal. It is feedback. It reflects how much you trust yourself.
“Money is a tool for creation. It amplifies who you already are.”
We don’t manifest money, we use money to manifest our life, by the way we use it.
The resilience of choosing differently
Things will change the moment you decide you already are enough. That was Scarlett’s lesson and now she’s sharing it on this week’s Resilient Entrepreneurs podcast episode.
“You do not need to prove your worth. You just need to remember it.”
So what if abundance is not something you chase but something you allow?
