You can’t outwork what you haven’t healed

Nov 14, 2025

Ladies!

The biggest business breakthroughs don't come from a new strategy or a better funnel. They come from finally dealing with the thing you've been avoiding: the emotional wounds that are quietly running your life and business from behind the scenes, without you knowing it.

Esther Wildenberg, author, global keynote speaker and co-founder & President of CODEBREAKER Technologies, has shared with us that she “had to die to start living”. Esther had a devastating bicycle accident at 23 years old, with two near-death experiences, months in ICU and rehab and eight years in a full-body compression suit.

Before the accident, Esther was so quiet she barely spoke until she was 20. She became a dentist because that's what her family wanted (she hated it). She lived small, stayed invisible, and let everyone else do the talking.

Today? She’s shared stages with Cherri Tree and Tony Robbins, she founded an award-winning AI company, and she sure as heck speaks her truth without caring what anyone thinks.

The difference was all in the personal development and healing

3 truths that change everything:
Your business is limited by your own emotional limits

When you dismiss business decisions with "I don't feel good about that," you think you're being intuitive. You're not. You're being triggered. Esther's insight cuts deep: "You can never be successful because you will go back to emotional trauma and the lesson will keep coming until you heal it and overcome it."

Every time you shrink from visibility, say no to opportunities, or sabotage your own success, you're hitting an invisible ceiling created by unhealed wounds. Your business can only grow as much as you've healed. Until you do that inner work, you'll keep circling the same revenue plateau, the same confidence issues, the same patterns.

When emotions are up, logic is down

Women are incredibly emotionally intelligent. That's our superpower. But it becomes a weak point when we mix emotions with business decisions without separating them first. We make really bad decisions when the emotions are up, and logic is down.

This doesn't mean ignore your feelings. It means understand where they're coming from. Is this emotion about the actual business situation in front of you? Or is it a past fear that's reappearing right now? That distinction changes everything.

Your message isn't about being liked (it's about impact)

Here's where most entrepreneurs get stuck: they're so attached to being liked that they water down their message until it's meaningless. Remember ladies, we have our friends who are there to like us, not everyone else. We want to repel people as much as we attract them with our message - that’s why we call it magnetic marketing! A magnet must do both - attract and repel.

When you speak, write, or show up in your business, focus on the ONE person you can help with ONE message. Will everyone resonate? No. Will some people judge you? Absolutely. But if one sentence touches someone and changes something inside them, that's your goal. You're not dating your audience. You're serving them.

Why women stop themselves from earning more
Ladies, the most empowered business owners are not the ones who hustle hardest or check the most boxes. They are the ones who understand this: abundance starts with mindset. When you stop believing that money is scarce or that you need to shrink to fit in, things change. Notice the stories you’re telling yourself Most of us carry invisible limits about money. “I’m not ready,” “That’s too much,”...
Why So Many Successful Women Quietly Want to Quit
Here’s something we don’t say out loud often enough in business:Wanting to quit doesn’t mean you’re failing. In fact, almost every successful woman we speak to admits she thinks about quitting far more often than people expect. Not because she’s incapable. Not because she lacks ambition. But because somewhere along the way, her business drifted away from her why. Success without clarity can fee...
What a 66-year-old trans woman taught us about real courage in business
We weren't prepared for this one. This week's conversation with Bobbi left us sitting in silence, touched, moved, inspired, for a good few minutes after we stopped recording. You know that feeling when something shifts inside you and you know you’re better for it? That's what this episode does. Bobbi is 66, a transformational speaker and coach, and one of the most genuinely courageous humans I'...
